The day I have been waiting for. Finally, vindication for the one creep who has truly, and in full creepy manner, exploited young girls and ruined lives.

Infamous pseudo-porn "Girls Gone Wild" founder, Joe Francis, is finally going to get some wild of his own - bunk buddy style from behind bars.

Oh yeah! It finally happened. Everyone's been waiting for it and putting money on it, but ultimately it was Francis' own ego and temper that led to his current demise.

Seven underage girls filed suit against the purveyor of poontang pleasure. A judge had ordered a settlement, or face contempt of court charges. Francis decided that a better idea would include yelling obscenities at the girls during negotiations, and questioning the judge's authority to even impose settlements and fines (does this guy not watch "Law & Order"?). Francis had even proclaimed that no one can touch him, and he would never see the inside of a jail. Good option there, Joe. Now he'll end up fetching toothbrushes and cigarettes for his bunkmates, while praying fiercely that no one inside asks him for a personal replay of any "GGW" episodes.

Smug little Joe Francis cried and sniffled at his court appearance in Florida, which he arrived 5 days late to. (Does this guy possibly have any more ideas on how to piss off a judge?)

Francis reportedly (that means, so far as the IRS knows) earns $29 million per year. The now forced settlement is reported to be for $70 million. Bye-bye empire.

You can read the whole Yahoo News story at:

In case you're wondering what Francis was actually busted for - Filming seven (currently known about) underage girls for his "Girls Gone Wild" DVD series. Note to Joe - when dealing with minors and sex, in this country, you had better learn the laws and obey them. Ever heard of common logic and decency? Stay away from kids, you pervert!

What really gets me is that no one yet has ever brought charges on Joe Francis for what is the most blatant abuse of law by his company - The fact that NO one may legally be responsible for entering into any contract while mentally impaired. It is a known fact that many of the girls seen on the "GGW" series are blatantly intoxicated. If you are considered drunk - you are mentally unable to be party to a contract.

What does this mean? It means that any girl seen drinking, or who is provably buzzed or drunk while filming their acceptance to participate, can legally sue Joe Francis for showing any portion of their appearance. Any attorney who knows Estate Law would understand this - as many times mental impairment come into question regarding Will writings.

Hip Hip Hooray, the dick is gone. Joe Francis has learned the first lesson of cockiness - Learn to keep your mouth shut when dealing with court issues. YES, a judge definitely has the authority to twist the law upon you. That's his/her job.

Geez! Don't they teach people anything anymore?
